What do I do if the push message is not appearing?

1:  Check to see what the start/appear date and time is in "Appear as".  You always want to make sure the time you want to send the push notification falls within the pre-set range you set up. This will be in the "Appear at" section of the page.  The start time should be set up 12 hours before a push message is sent to ensure that the message will be sent when you would like for it to go out.

2:  The push message is not enabled on the device.  Make sure the push notifications are enabled on the device. To do this:

  • Go to SETTINGS on your phone.
  • Select the appropriate APP out of the list and see if it is enabled.
  • If it is not, enable it.
